TriFactor is a Winnipeg-based group. Our members come from various walks of life, with different levels of commitment,
experience and goals. Our aim is to collectively create a club culture that welcomes athletes of all levels. We enjoy our workouts and testing our limits at race time, but we always have a good time on the social end as well. Workouts

from formal workouts, and now we're back on the training train.
Our Saturday workouts are at the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex (CKRC) - 999 Sargent Avenue
Swim 7:30-8:30
Bike 9:00-11:00

Saturdays will be our only planned workout sessions until the New Year, when you can expect a Sunday Long
Run, and a Mid-Week Brick (Swim-Bike-Run Workout). If you'd like more info on our workouts, please go to the Workouts tab above.
New and prospective members are encouraged to attend the workouts, however, you must RSVP so that
we can expect you. If you attend an indoor bike workout, you need to have a bike in good working order and a bike trainer if possible. The Club owns a few extra trainers for those who don't have one. If you are a new member who would like to attend, please contact us at: Trifactor Info. |

Sat Dec 15 - Xmas on the Bike Party and Winnipeg Harvest Penny & Food Drive
Trifactor members please bring:
- a non perishable food item to donate (check here for items they need)
- Also - Harvest is having a penny drive, so please bring your piggy bank!
- a small wrapped gift (under $10) for the present exchange. We'll pass the presents around during the bike workout.
