With the success of last falls changes to the program, we are continuing with the same program and workout schedule for the Fall 2015!

Monday Swim 6:00 – 7:00am Cindy Klassen Recreation Centre (CKRC)
Tuesday Yoga 6:45pm – 7:45pm CKRC – Club Room to be decided – Ask at the
front
Thursday Strength Training 6:30pm –7:30pm
CKRC - Meet upstairs by the rowing machines
Saturday Swim 7:30am CKRC Pool Bike
9:00am – 11 am Club Room TBA
Sunday Group Run 9:00am Assiniboine Park Duck Pond
Sunday Group Run 9:00am Assiniboine Park Duck Pond
All workouts are at CKRC, with the exception of
the Sunday Run.
Swims will be at CKRC, with a Trifactor only lane booking – no signup required.
Yoga will be Instructed by Lindsay Pellerin and
will feature a program that will aid in triathlete functional strength and
flexibility. Please signup with Stacey Finch prior to attending your
first session. 9 Weekly Sessions are $45.
Strength Training will be provided by Fern McIvor. A custom triathlete specific
off season workout will be provided. 9 Weekly Sessions will be one hour, are
$45 for the whole program.
Each and are subject to a CKRC drop in fee.

Traditional Swim/Bike/Run is back this year. Promising more sweat, speed and sweet 80's tunes! Come join us for some friendly workouts – no
sign up required.
