2015 Fall Program

Back by Popular Demand!  

With the success of last falls changes to the program, we are continuing with the same program and workout schedule for the Fall 2015!

Monday        Swim 6:00 – 7:00am  Cindy Klassen Recreation Centre (CKRC)
Tuesday        Yoga 6:45pm – 7:45pm  CKRC – Club Room to be decided – Ask at the front
Thursday      Strength Training 6:30pm –7:30pm   CKRC -  Meet upstairs by the rowing machines
Saturday       Swim 7:30am CKRC Pool    Bike 9:00am – 11 am Club Room TBA
Sunday          Group Run   9:00am         Assiniboine Park Duck Pond

All workouts are at CKRC, with the exception of the Sunday Run. 

Swims will be at CKRC, with a Trifactor only lane booking – no signup required.

Yoga will be Instructed by Lindsay Pellerin and will feature a program that will aid in triathlete functional strength and flexibility.  Please signup with Stacey Finch prior to attending your first session. 9 Weekly Sessions are $45.  

Strength Training will be provided by Fern McIvor.  A custom triathlete specific off season workout will be provided.   9 Weekly Sessions will be one hour, are $45 for the whole program.
Each and are subject to a CKRC drop in fee.

Super Saturdays  - the Traditional Swim/Bike/Run is back this year.  Promising more sweat, speed and sweet 80's tunes!    Come join us for some friendly workouts – no sign up required.
