TriFactor is excited to announce our 2020-2021 off-season program!

 

With Covid 19 restrictions continuing to affect our community, we are offering a hybrid program this year with tiered options to best suit our goals.

 

TriFactor is offering the following this off-season:

 

  • Two virtual group bike workouts a week.  These will be led by Coach Kevin and held over Zoom and will be Zwift optional as well.
  • Two outdoor group runs/workouts a week
  • A virtual post-bike group strength workout
  • Saturday morning group swims at Cindy Klassen Rec Centre

 

2020-2021 Schedule

 

·       Group circuit/group run

o  Tuesday evenings, 5:30-6:30 at Assiniboine Park

 

·       Virtual group ride

o  Thursday evenings over Zoom/Zwift-optional

 

·       Group Swim

o  Saturday, 7:30=8:30, Cindy Klassen Recreation Centre (note – this workout is limited to Tier 2 members only due to Covid distancing restrictions)

 

·      Virtual group ride 

o  Saturday mornings, 9:30am over Zoom/Zwift optional

 

·       Distance group strength workout

o  Saturday mornings, 11:30

 

·       Outdoor group run

o  Sundays, 9:00 am, locations and distances to be determined week to week

For each club workout, members should come prepared with sufficient food and fluid. This
typically means a bottle of water or sports drink for every hour of the workout, plus some kind of snack
(energy bars, gels, etc.).

The large majority of the club members ride road bikes or triathlon bikes. While some of
our newer members start out with mountain or commuter bikes, most people who stay with the
sport eventually upgrade to some-thing that is more sport-specific.

Membership includes all facility time through the indoor season.

We welcome prospective members to try us out for a workout or two. Please contact us.If you
would like to try an indoor bike workout and don’t own a trainer (heavy stands that enable a
bike to be ridden in place) we can equip you with a team-owned trainer during your trial
workouts.

For Future Reference...
In April, we usually make the move outside with Saturday Long Rides,
Mid-week Bricks, Track, or Hill workouts, and continue with the Sunday Long Runs.
