Spring Schedule

Spring Is Springing!

Please note the new spring club schedule (effective immediately)

Monday        Swim 6:00 – 7:30am  Cindy Klassen Recreation Centre (CKRC) - we have the lane booked for 1.5 hours!  Come for as long as you can!
Tuesday        Yoga 6:30pm – 8:00pm  CKRC – Club Room 2  - this has Additional Cost 
Wednesday   Track Run 6:00 - 7:30 Grant Park Outdoor Track-if 6 is too early, come when you can
Thursday      Hill Bike/Run - 5:30pm - 7:00pm Westview Park (Garbage Hill)  
Saturday       Bike 10:00am – 12 pm Birds Hill Park!  Meet at Parking Lot  - North Drive by Nimowin Rd. 
Sunday         Group Run   9:00am         Assiniboine Park Duck Pond

Swims will be at CKRC, with a Trifactor only lane booking – no signup required.

Yoga will be Instructed by Lindsay Pellerin and will feature a program that will aid in triathlete functional strength and flexibility.  Please signup with Stacey Finch prior to attending your first session.  A sign up and session fee are required. 

Spring Super Saturdays  - Spring Meetups for a group ride at Birds Hill Park will leave the parking lot at 10 am (SHARP!) for the spring.  There may be some long distance athletes meeting earlier for longer rides. Be aware of any weather related changes to this workout.
