Swim Stroke Video Analysis

TriFactor will be offering a Swim Stroke Video Analysis session for club members on Saturday, February 16th @ Cindy Klassen Recreation Centre.  For anyone wanting to see their stroke and get some tips, we'll be shooting from 7:30 - 8:00 AM in the pool, and then we'll go over the video after the bike workout.  Please let us know if you want to participate.
