With the start of the warmer weather, we're revising our weekly programming! Here's the updated schedule of our group workouts starting April 26.

Monday
Evening recovery ride, specific times and locations to be determined
Tuesday
Outdoor core and run circuit, 6pm at the Terry Fox fitness trail at Assiniboine Park
Wednesday
Evening ride #2, specific times and locations to be determined
Thursday
Early morning track/run workout at St. James school track
Evening Zoom bike workout, 7-8pm
Friday
Alternate day for the morning run/track workout
Saturday
Morning swim, 7:30-8:30am at CKRC (for swim-tier members). As we get to warmer mornings in May, we can plan on open water swims at BHP.
Morning long bike, time and locations tbd, often BHP,
Morning brick run, time and locations tbd
Sunday
Afternoon, 1pm, long run, starting at Ecole Laura Secord, Wolseley and Ruby
