Swim Stroke Video Analysis
This Saturday we'll be doing a Swim Stroke Video Analysis session. During our regular swim session (7:30 AM on Saturday @ CKRC), we'll be taking above and underwater footage of your stroke, and then doing an on-deck analysis afterwards. All members are welcome to participate.
