We are excited to host another year of fun! Similar to previous years, with some added Yoga time! Yoga starts Oct 4th, with Saturday workouts
beginning Oct. 15th.

Monday Swim 6:00 – 7:00am Cindy Klassen Recreation Centre (CKRC)
Tuesday Yoga 6:45pm – 8:15pm CKRC – Big Room by the library – Ask at the front
Saturday Swim 7:30am CKRC Pool Bike 9:00am – 11 am Club Room TBA
Sunday Group Run 9:00am Assiniboine Park Duck Pond
Sunday Group Run 9:00am Assiniboine Park Duck Pond
All workouts are at CKRC, with the exception of the Sunday Run.
Swims - will be at CKRC, with a Trifactor only lane booking – no signup required.
Yoga - please bring your own mat and arrive 5 min early.
Super Saturdays - the Traditional Swim/Bike/Run is back this year. Promising more sweat, speed and sweet 80's tunes! Come join us for some friendly workouts – no sign up required.
